The pavilion is situated at the junction of a footsteps uphill from Fung Shing Stree to Jat's Incline.
It is placed nicely location-wise in my opinion, as one really need a break after climbing up so many steps uphill.
I would suggest sitting down and rest a bit at the pavilion. And there is no need to worry about cars coming down from uphill as you are protected by *something*.
