Come one, come all to the Baytown area geocaching 101 workshop for newbies and (Event GC5CQ1A ) for veteran cachers hosted by BaytownBert. It's being held at the Baytown Nature Center in Baytown Texas November 1st at 8am as part of the Nurture Nature Series. Load up a geocaching AP in your Smart Phone or bring your GPSr unit! We will be meeting at the raised pavilion in the back and you can drive right up to it. There is a winding ramp up to the pavilion suitable for a wheel chair, but it is long and steep, so you will need help. It is okay to bring cookies, donuts, and soft drinks to share. Welcome new students and geocachers! The event starts at 8am sharp for newbies! This will give veteran geocachers plenty of time after the event to explore the city for geocaches while newbies are introduced to our game and after the class help them find a few. Come one, come all. The class is free and entry to the park is free also for the festival! Thank you and as always, have a nice day and happy geocaching! Oh yea, don't forget to live in the moment.
