Viharna Sian - The House of Gods
This Chinese temple is one of the biggest in the area. It has a three story building and some pavillion halls. It was built in 1987 for the 60th birthday King Bhumibol.
In the inside the real treasure can be seen: this temple also functions as museums and there are many artifacts that showcase the Chinese culture through the centuries! You can see pottery from several dynasties, some more than 3.000 years old.
A great number of precious antiques, paintings, statues and artwork are displayed here, some of which were a gift from the Chinese government. There is also an exhibition of the terracotta army including terracotta warriors and horses, chariots from the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi as well as a golden throne.
