Geocache Description:

Come one, come all, bring the kids too!  GONIL is hosting its 2nd bonfire event at The Hollows Group campground shelter and adjoining area.  The Hollows is a McHenry County Conservation District facility located in southeast McHenry County.


Date: Saturday, October 18th
Time: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (Sunset is 5:54)


For a mere $1/each, GONIL will provide you with the makings of a S'more OR a hot dog, bun and condiments. We aren't cooking it for you, because cooking it is what makes it FUN!  GONIL will provide cooking sticks for your use or you can bring your own.


PLEASE indicate in your "will attend" log the number of S'mores and hotdogs your party will require so we have adequate supplies!

There are a few caches in the immediate area for your enjoyment.  There are plenty of picnic tables for your use, but if you want to '"hang out"  by the fire, bring your own chair and lantern if you have one. Don't forget to check out the GONIL store as it will be at this event. Hope to see you all there!
