Archiving since the event is over and everyone has had time to log his/her attendance. If not, the listing is not locked, which also goes if the CO wants to add some additional remarks. This also prevents it from appearing on pocket queries unnecessarily. and keeps it from continuing to appear on cacher's search lists. From the guidelines at http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#event:

Geocache Description:

Another excuse to get together.  This will give you a chance to meet some new folks, get some hints on a few caches, ask some questions, and last but not least....earn yourself a smiley.  Only this time it will be more fun.

Meet at 6:15 and then it is up to you.  Stick around for as long as you want.

If you want a chance at the FTF, then you will have to race and be the fastest around the track. You can watch for free. Racing will cost $, but it will be real fun! If you can, please indicate how many will be there and if they will race. There are age and height restrictions. Go to the related web page link above to get more details and read all about the venue! The races go about every 10 - 15 minutes and the carts go fast! It is a blast and you are guaranteed to have fun. Hope to see you there.
