Geocache Description:

There used to be a cache here. There should always be a cache here. Located adjacent to the lake in Rancho Santa Margarita is this memorial to Lisa Frost. She was a resident of the city and a graduate of Trabuco Hills High School. She had recently graduated Boston University and was returning home. She never made it home that day. She along with nearly three thousand others were taken from us that day by an unspeakable evil that haunts us to this day. Never forget...

This location should not be rummaged through in a typical cache hunt. So I'm going to tell you exactly what you are looking for and where to find it. The container is a black nano placed on the railing around the memorial tree. Stand in front of the memorial plaque, it is behind the bar to the right that makes the first corner in the railing, beneath the bottom horizontal rail. Please return here so these instructions remain valid.
