This cache is located just off the white-blazed Billings trail in the Norfolk Land Trust. The beautiful Mad river flowing between rock cliffs on both sides of the trail is spectacular, and yet the area seems so ignored.. i was here for hours and never saw another human, just a big porcupine! This trail also hides the "Got Wood? Series" caches at the other end.
When i reached GZ for this cache, i was standing right on the edge of a ginormous boulder looking out towards the river as it flowed away from me and knew i had to share. I hope your visit to this wonderful place is just as awe-inspiring for you as it was for me.
Climb the boulders on the left side and please be cautious of all the pits around GZ! Watch your footing.. some spots on the rocks cannot be trusted!
