I hope this will be a stimulating cache as opposed to one that is a no-brainer. Think back to science fairs and science class projects in elementary school.
There is no need to use any tool to retrieve this cache. Nothing should be forced in the slightest. There is nothing down the pipe that will help you. Be observant when looking at the cache. Parking should not be a problem if you don't take an hour to find the cache.
