How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This is a small match container placed next to our current project: Bella Vista Apartments. As an electrician and geocacher who travels the country wiring various housing developments, I decided it would be a fun project to place a cache at or near every project I work on from here on out. At this time Bella Vista is still a costruction site so please do not park on the grounds for your own safety.

I started geocaching around 4 months ago and quickly converted my entire electrical company, Positive Electric, into a well-oiled geocaching squad. It was easy. When you live on the road and stay in hotels (everywhere from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Virginia, Maryland, Etc.), or in this case, live on the project you're working on, you quickly begin to go insane with boredom. Geocaching was an easy solution. We've racked up some good numbers, found some cool caches and most importantly entertained ourselves in the process. You can't go to the bar every night. You hear that, Mike? This is the first in the series to honor our electricians and geocachers. Coming Soon: Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. As for Bella Vista, just look across E 106th Street, from ground zero and you'll see the apartment complex, and if you're lucky, spy one of us fellow geocachers. We'll be watching.  -Matt, Jeremy, James, Steve, A.J., Luis and Mike.
