Barlborough Fun1 Traditional Cache

A quick trip out with Tom and Sophie to place a good sized geocache in Barlborough.  Although there are several good geocaches around and near Barlborough there are few with enough room for items for exchange.  This is intended to be a relatively easy geocache that is fun for younger geocachers.

This geocache is located in Barlborough Country Park.  Interesting (or not) facts - the park is not actually a country park but rather some fancy playing fields with some kids play equipment and quite a few trees - the park is let by the Sitwell Estate to the Parish Council, the lease will run out in around 10 years time when the land may revert to the Sitwell Estate!

The cache is hidden off the official paths in an area that has long grass most of the year.  Please hide the cache well after use.

There is a FTF pin in the box for the person who gets that honour.

There is also a cache camera for people to take optional pictures and then return to the cache.  Images may be uploaded to the online cache entry.
