PMS is the Best! Mystery Cache

(This is for you, charliewhiskey.  I came up with this puzzle while sitting in your Puzzle 101 class.  So thank you!)

This is my first Puzzle cache.  It is wheelchair accessible. I hope you enjoy it. If you think my difficulty rating needs to be adjusted, please let me know.

You MUST sign the log to receive credit for your find! So bring your own pen.

All geocachers have their tools of the trade - tweezers, mirror, pen.  This puzzle uses a tool from my professional life as a graphic designer.
