Knock Three Times Mystery Cache

This is a gadget cache.  You will find the cache at the coordinates.  You will find the cache easily but you will have to perform a task in order to open the cache.  Everything you need to open this cache you will find at the coordinates.  Please return the inside mechanism to be parallel to the bottom.  There is an unactivated FTF coin prize, and my personal coin.
