We can't require photos but it's suggested that you take a photo of yourself with the flag near GZ to prove that you were there. Then once you have accomplished that take it to another cache in the 20 mile radius of Chevyole's base and drop it off for another cacher to locate.
You can figure out how to capture the flag by visiting TB47MDF (v4). This trackable has gone missing a few times so if you're curious about past flags you can visit TB4RG66, TB47M8Z and TB47MDW.
This version of geocaching Capture The Flag was created by chevyole, he has two bases GC2RVAF and GC4W61A. Youngins3 and beccaday have created local bases as well and can be found at GC2ZKZ4 and GC3YB6V. SparkSeeker has added a base as well! Take a look at GC5DKW5. Kungfuhippie has created a remote base if you're lucky enough to figure out his puzzle and want a trip to Madison: GC373BE. The coordinates for all these caches are on this trackable. It may be challenging to track this down but once you do you'll get coordinates for 7 highly rated difficulty caches!
If you really like the game and want to see everyone scramble, create your own base and add the coordinates to the trackable.
