You actually managed to break into the Vault and made it all the way through all the layers to get to the stolen logbook.

Geocache Description:

“Good morning, Mr. Hunt… Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves the recovery of a stolen logbook. We have reason to believe that it is locked up in THE VAULT.”

“You may select your own team members; believe me if I say you will need all the assistance you can get on this mission. As always, should any member of your team be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow all knowledge of your actions.”

“We don't know exactly where THE VAULT is, but we believe that it is at a secure location in Cape Town somewhere. I’m sending you an encrypted code, which we believe to be a lock and key, that, once you cracked it will provide you with the coordinates for THE VAULT.”
