To obtain your smiley for this cache, you will need a special tool, one that is also needed to make basketballs round, tires with no flat side, and floaty toys float!
The successful cacher will come equipped with the above mentioned device, which is necessary to coax the log container from its hiding place. As the effort is expended above, so the fruits will be revealed below. Those without the necessary tool will be disappointed - fishing is not likely to result in success.
