The placid Lake Connewarre, part of the Barwon River, accessible from Mollers Lane, off the Queenscliff Road, just out of Leopold.
Follow Mollers Lane to its very end and a rough track gives access to the lake. Boggy in wet periods, snakes possibly in hotter times.
