If the road is dry and you are willing, you can drive to the area. Otherwise, park at the beginning of Breedon Road and hike 1.6 miles on the road. You can continue down the road to another cache and then visit Wall Lake if you want to make a real trip of it.
There is no need to cross or reach through fences or climb the nearby cliff to grab this one. Please hide this out of view of hunters and fisherman that frequent the area.
