WarNinjas Our First Multi! Multi-cache

This is a great location that needs a cache.  When we first started caching we placed a cache here and found out it was blocked by a puzzle.  That puzzle by Kanchan was the first puzzle we found with brute force!  Later we noticed it must have been archived because there was a traditonal here.  We found that one as well.  Today I noticed that one is now gone...Maybe a Multi will work?

Our first cache we placed here was a lot bigger but today I only had a micro with me.  I didn't have any camo with me so I made the camo on site as for once there was no one parked there.  Decided not to go with a puzzle as I think this is a great spot that should be noted for the location for everyone. Figured a traditonal right there would probibly go missing as the others have.  Noticed the memorial and sign there so figured I would have everyone get a chance to explore the cool stop with a multi that we have avoided hiding for all these years.

E= Add the two numbers that represent the day between May _ _ , 1991

F= (16-F4 BELMONT CITY CODE)

To check if you are right before exploring if you add A+B+C+D+E+F=25

With the cache please dont remove from camo and if possible try and snap it back up into the camo as we had it when hidden.
