Once upon a time the Mickleover-Etwall cycle route was a busy steam train line. There are a few reminders of these bygone days, such as the numerous old wooden sleepers, the Royal mail posts that caught the nightly delivery of mail, and some impressive red brick bridges that cross the path. The entire route is now part of The National Cycle Network (cycle routes 54/68), and provides a very pleasant walk or bike ride between both villages.
There are numerous caches along the walk, of which this is one of the smaller ones. It is a micro - log book only, bring your own pen. The route is popular so stealth may be required!
We don't think this cache requires a hint, but will add one if it proves difficult to find.
