This is a Wherigo Cache. In order to find the cache you need to download a cartridge from the Wherigo website and play it on your compatible Garmin device or Smartphone.
The Start of the Cache is in the parking lot of the Giba Gorge MTB Park.
The final location is close by and within walking distance. Some wading (on the way to the final location) may be required.

Note: This cartridge has been tested successfully on a Garmin Oregon 450 and Samsung S3 Mini (Android).
