The arboretum is located at 715532 County Road 4, on the south side of the large curve in the road between Woodstock and Innerkip near 16th Line. There are many species of Carolinian trees in this arboretum and many of them have been labeled for the amateur. The parking lot is a large grass area surrounded by cedars just past the gated entrance. Use your own discretion when parking here. During winter the main gate is closed, however you may park on the road and walk in. (no snow removal)
This is my first cache. It is located about 500 feet in on the main trail into the arboretum thru the steel gates. This a decent sized lock & lock container wrapped in camo tape. There is room for geocoins and travel bugs. The trees created a bit of a problem when I tried to pinpoint GZ. The coordinates should get you within 20 feet. Please bring swag - if you take something leave something. There is a Martha Washington silver dollar for the FTF.
