A little puzzle for the Puzzler and great Cacher WanderingB on his reaching 3000 caches milestone! Have fun! 
Recently a friend of mine reached the 3000 caches mark! WanderingB loves putting out Puzzles and they are really good puzzles too! 
I've gone out with him a few times and he is a great cacher as well. Being into the Mental and Physical side of caches, I had to create a nice little cache that posed a bit of a challenge for WanderingB. 
After some thought this is what I came up with. No hidden puzzle here on the page so don't look here! Your gonna have to get out there and figure this one out....
