Realized there weren't a lot of caches in the neighborhood, thought I should fix that! This is my neighborhood and I frequently walk down this street to grab a cup of coffe at Shine, get some yoga in at Yoga Seed or barter at the thrift store for a new (to me) microwave.
The cache is a small hide-a-key container. Bring your own pen. Log only. There is limited room for micro swag.
