Another chimney ruin in our occasional series of history...

On our way to somewhere, we found this cool spot.

How long ago did they vacate the building?
Why did they abandon it?
What was it used for?

So many questions, so few answers. So please post any info you may have of this site. Thanks

The cache is accessible without entering the private property which the ruin is on.
