Geocache Description:

This is an International Cache Exchange (ICE) geocache.

Working with GeoCacher 'McFlushy' from Belgium, this cache was 'paired with', and exchanged with a cache residing in Belgium.

(My surname actually originated in Belguim/Netherlands, and I have visited Brussels with my family.)

The cache contains swag for trade and has room for TBs.

This cache is part of an international Geocaching project called ICE.

It is a project where two geocachers swap their caches internationally.

So for example you could own a cache that was placed in America, and you live in France. The American owns the French cache and vice versa, but the French cacher keeps maintaining the French cache, and the American cacher keeps maintaining the American cache.
