The village of Hornby, in Halton Hills, is easily missed, if not dismissed, by travelers venturing up and down Trafalgar Road or traveling through the small community of approx 160, via Steeles Ave. In 1955, a piece of land just down Steeles Avenue from Hornby Store, was bought from Russell King & transformed into Hornby Ball Park, a three diamond sports venue that caters to adults & youngsters from the area, virtually 7 days a week. Toonie for the FTF!
