This is the beginning (or end) of Joe's Trail. This trail goes all the way to the lower dyke area along the river. Maps of this and other local trails can be obtained from the local recreation facilities close by. Keep in mind that bears frequent the area and to act and be prepared accordingly.
Cache is located just a short distance from the trailhead where there is ample parking.
