Geocache Description:

The 7A trail is a loop trail that includes the 7 trail and the 7B trail, I'm told it is roughly 26 miles in length. this section is often used by hikers & horsemen that want a loop hike or ride from Walupt lake around cispus pass & down to the berry patch trail head and then back to Walupt lake, of course this can be done in reverse. This hike/ride is over 20 miles in length.

this is an easy find not far from the road placed with the hopes that hikers, geocachers & horsemen will discover the 7A trail and take notice of all the work that local backcountry horsemen do in working to keep trails open for all user groups. a spoiler picture is added...

Ok it should be noted that this is a puncheon not a bridge, built by the Lewis county chapter of backcountry horsemen of Washington, Chapter members worked on this project five different days, with over 2641 miles of travel and over 300 hours of labor, most of the material was hauled in by 18 horses & mules. the cahpter donated $950.00 for materials, all members worked as volunteers in cooperation with the Cowlitz Valley ranger district.
