Officially opened on May 20, 2000, the award-winning Richmond City Hall is the heart of the city. The Hall houses offices, multi-purpose rooms and open spaces for activities. A civic plaza with an outdoor stage, extensive gardens and landscaping features contribute to a welcoming environment.
