Bampaku Stadium is the home of Gamba Osaka football club. This giant of Japanese football has won every major title in Japan, most of them more than once, many doubles and a treble including the Asian Champions League trophy. The stadium and station are in Bampaku Kinen Koen, where the World Expo was held in 1970.
Park East Entrance is a literal translation of Koen Higashi Guchi, and it is the nearest station to Bampaku Stadium. A small magnetic cache can be found outside the station.
