This is the 4th iteration of this cache, and like the fence and the beach;it has had to evolve. It is now at the END of the chainlink fence, just E of old coords. Black PVC camoed, beware of muggles and replace as Found. Much more room now for tradables, and TBs. Cowabunga!/p> 
I love this spot,your at the cross-roads of Capo Beach, and Doheny State Beach. The locals know it as "Hole in the Fence". There is always something going on here,from your traditional sun,beach,and water activities,to your avid fitness buffs,engaging in cycling,jogging,longboarding,yoga,you name it. Another hit is the classic car shows that are held here,and lets not forget the most important attribute,(Rest & Relaxation). There is nothing like just kicking back,and allowing your senses to absorb all this spot has to offer. The cache should be fairly easy. The priority is to bring you to this spot,so you can slow down,and stay GROUNDED. There are a few different parking options: 1) Park on PCH,and take bridge over train tracks to beach,or walk down PCH to Capo Beach 2) Park in Capo Beach parking lot,and pay a meter fee 3) Drive in Doheny State Beach,and pay a 15$ all day pass fee.
