Geocache Description:


The main booster tank of the shuttle once had more than 200 holes pecked into its foam coating by woodpeckers. After that was seen NASA set up a 24/7 vigil to keep them away and installed 'owl shaped' balloons.

It looks like the woodpeckers have really had a go at this...

Part of the Team NASA series in Queens Park. It can be done as a park and grab or picked up while doing the accompanying Wherigo Team NASA mission IV.
