There are four ways to find this cache other than getting the answer from another Geocacher. You must determine the value of N, a three-digit number with the digits of A, B and C from left to right as follows:
1. N = five times the age of Martha, Father Dunk’s aunt, plus three times the age of Mary.
2. Masochism - keep guessing values of N until you find the correct one.
3. Treat this as an orienteering navigational puzzle.
4. Use your sixth sense.
Once you have the value of N then compute X as follows:
X = 5(12A - 4B - 2N + 11) + 3(10B + 7C + 8N - 13) + 5(8A - 4C - 3N + 10)
Then compute the cache coordinates using the published coordinates at the top of this page by subtracting X/250 from the decimal minutes of the latitude and adding X/500 from the decimal minutes of the longitude.
