Geocache Description:

Jr Girl Scout Troops 14071 & 15196 Geocaching Badge fun.

This cache was placed by Jr Girl Scout Troops 14071 & 15196 while working on their Geocaching Badge at Springbrook Nature Center. This cache was placed with their permission and help. It is located not far off of the trail. If you have time, walk the trails and find the other caches hidden here. It is a wonderful walk. Don't forget bug spray! We would really like the FTF be a Girl Scout. The FTF gets a Geocaching Fun Patch which all the girls received after our outing.

The original contents of this tupperware container is a variety of SWAPs the girls made, SPAM items, Girl Scout buttons, pencil, and log book and a MN Flag Travel Bug attached to GS Snowman Ornament.

Springbrook Nature Center is a uniquely diverse natural area of native habitats and wildlife. It has 127 acres of native prairies, oak and aspen forests, oak savannah, and extensive wetlands. Springbrook is a popular City of Fridley park, and is a destination for people from the greater Minneapolis St. Paul regional metropolitan area.  Its three miles of hiking trails, floating boardwalks, and interpretive center live animal exhibits are an attraction for families, children and friends.

Happy Geocaching!
