I am always a day late on recalling when the Carrot Cake cupcakes are sold and they NEVER have them for Happy Hour on Fridays. Nonetheless, I love cupcakes! I thought this would be a perfect cache for my birthday. So, let's celebrate with a cache AND something sweet!
