Briar Nine Park 2 Traditional Cache

This geocache was created to provide an accessible Geocache experience for participants who are blind or visually impaired, their friends and family.  A pleasant walk through a forest and park area along a smooth asphalt path, will bring you right to the hidden cache and a spectacular view of a portion of the Oak Ridges Morraine.  

You will enjoy the walk along this safe, unobstructed path, while listening to the wind through the trees and the sounds of nature all around you.  If you are a cane user, you will have the luxury of a consistent grass shoreline on both sides of this path.  Wooden steps with a sturdy railing will provide you with a valuable landmark and will indicate that you are getting closer to your destination.  

Once you are at the indicated coordinates, you will be able to find the hidden cache both visually and tactually, with little effort.  The location is a significant landmark in the area, providing a history of the morraine and vegetation to be found in the area.  Take some time to learn about this beautiful location as you sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
