Tetanus Tendencies is a camoed bison capsule sneakily placed near a graffitti wall near the California Street Walk Bridge.
This could be very easy or very difficult depending on your experience.

The graffitti wall is setup for local artist to show their artwork. The cache isn't on the wall.
Cache is magnetic but doesn't mean it needs to be?
There are a few other caches in the area you could look for as well.
This is also near the new park near the Missoula Osprey Ogren baseball stadium.
