Grab Your Boat Event!
WHO: You, of course! It doesn't matter if you have one find or several thousand, are from the local area or beyond -- all are welcome and encouraged to attend! You don't need a boat to attend.
WHEN: October 12, 2014 @ 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
WHERE: Parking lot on the Virginia side of the Potomac River launch @ the posted coordinates.
WHY: To learn about water safety and enjoy time with friends, share caching stories, trade bugs and coins, and make new friends.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 9:00 to 9:10 meet other cachers talk shop, trade TB's and sign the log book.
- 9:10 to 9:25 Greetings / announcements / brief discussion on water safety. If you are a water expert I would love to have your input.

For those interested and that have a boat we will will put into action our newly learned skills and test them out after the event with a paddle to Heaters Island.
