This is an easy C&D. The location is a spot we frequent several weekday mornings while the youngest is entertained at a local preschool. Throughout the preschool years of the 3 kids, we've spent many hours (and dollars) inside!
We DID get permission from the owner, and he alerted the staff also so it's a totally legal cache. All we ask is to respect his establishment, with no nighttime caching. The container is MKH.
