Rods Trail is easily completed in 2 hours providing you walk both ways. Walking to the gardens only will take less than an hour but its recomended you return the way you came in case you missed some of the scenery along the way. The views overlooking Bettys Bay and the mountains are really superb and the walk is not very challenging so all fitness levels will make it easily. You may find the contents of the cache a bit odd but it's what I had in my bag at the time so try keep to the theme of bits and bobs and trade just that.... bits and bobs from work if you are a contractor or even business cards so other caches can see what you do and maybe make use of your services in the future... provided they are pg rated that is! ;)
