Shorter folks may need to find this by feel.. or come with a taller cacher.

Recycled cache location, recycled name, and even found the previous container, so that's recycled too.
Was driving by here on a Sunday morning and remembered that there was once a cache here. As the parking lot was completely empty, I was able to spend a few minutes here without a lot of eyes watching what I was up to.
Found that the area was open for a cache, and so prepared a magnetic cache of the usual type to place here. When placing the cache, found the previous container with a fresh log, so I used that container.. I'll probably do some research on that previous cache some day.
