This cache is on the site of one of my favorite places to retreat from the world. Nestled in the hills, it provides panoramic views of the water and the beautiful Olympic Mountains. The lodge was built in 1928 by the Symons family of Seattle as a family retreat and hunting lodge and it was given to the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia in 1952. They're celebrating their 60th year of retreats and conferences here.
