It's A Crappy Cache! Mystery Cache

The saying goes "Never bring your work home with you", but we thought that bending the rules for a cache would be acceptable. Spending so much time working in the gaming industry we have come to find that craps is one of the most complicated, but fun games to play in the casino. THIS CACHE IS NOT PLACED AT THE GIVEN COORDINATES. YOU MUST SOLVE THE PUZZLE TO GET THE LOCATION OF THIS MYSTERY CACHE. This cache is located in a city that is close to Canada. It is recommended that you search for this cache in daylight so that you do not get the border patrol alarmed.
