Tight Space Traditional Cache

Up on the heights of Hood River lies an area of businesses that have had a history of poor success. But as of the last decade this area has been changing. Many new buisnesses have found a home here and appear is if they're here to stay. Not much caching on the heights and I hope this one sparks a movement for future caches to be established in this area of town.

Lots of Stealth needed here. Between the multiple businesses and busy traffic on 12st., this is a hot area for Muggles. Keep your geosenses on and BYOP.
