This park is quiet and quaint tucked into a (mostly) deserted parking lot. The garden is quite nice and passersby will often overlook.
You are looking for a micro. This is a great place to have lunch under the pavilion and take in the scenery. Evenings might find the parking lot filled with teens. Be incognito if muggles are about!
