Geocache Description:

This is a straight-forward two-stage multi cache which requires a visit to the headline coordinates to get some numbers and then a short walk to locate a micro-sized final cache.

At the headline coordinates you'll find a small, unassuming, metal plaque on the wall. In some ways it's such a simple thing, just some words, but the words together create (for me at least) such a happy, beautiful, vivid image, that I wanted to draw people's attention to it. I used to walk past this every day on the way to Uni, and I think it's one of Exeter's little hidden treasures. Once you're there, hopefully you'll see what I mean.

It has no accreditation and I've heard two versions of how it came to be there. One is fairly dull, the other utterly tragic. The first version is that it was made at put up by a student from Plymouth University College of Arts student, who then turned up with cones and barriers and a high-vis jacket and so no-one batted an eye-lid and assumed it was an official piece of street art. The second version is that it was put up by a bereaved chap in memory of his girlfriend who'd been killed in an accident on that road / the railway tracks, and that was his memorial to her.

I've not be able to confirm which (if either) of the above are true despite extensive research. Maybe some local cacher might know something about it?

Anyway, on to the cache.... go to the headline coordinates to find the plaque. Once there, count how many times each of the specified letters in the formula appear on plaque and substitute the numbers in. The final location should come out about five minutes walk away.
