This cache is a quick park and grab. Watch out for the lizards. There's only one place it can be.
This cache is close to an event that happens the first Saturday of the month. Me, and about 1000 of my closest friends, descend to this complex on the first Saturday of the month, for the open house and tour that Independence Brewing puts on. If you're not there for the beer, then I would suggest avoiding this high muggle day.
