Die Marende

„Marende“ ist die Südtiroler bezeichnung für Zwischenmahlzeit. Hier üblicherweisse die Zeit zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr Nachmittags. Es ist dabei Brauch eine kalte Mahlzeit mit Brot, Speck, Wurstwaren und Käse zu sich zu nehmen und dazu ein Glas einheimischen Rotwein zu trinken. Ihr befindet euch vor der Produktions- und Lagerstätte eines der wohl bekanntesten speckproduzierenden Unternehmen in Südtirol. Das Unternehmen Moser existiert seit über 35 Jahren. Neben dem vor euch befindlichen Standort hat das Unternehmen unter anderem ein Museum an der Hauptstrasse zwischen Plaus und Naturns. Das Dörfchen Plaus verfügt über insgesamt 5 Betriebe, die Speck verarbeiten. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

“Marende” è la designazione per la merenda altoatesina. Qui di solito tra le 3 e le 4 di pomeriggio. E 'abitudine di prendere un pasto freddo con pane, speck, salsiccia e formaggio e bere un bicchiere di vino rosso locale. Ti ritrovi di fronte alla produzione ed il magazzino di una delle più famose aziende produttrici di speck in Alto Adige. L'azienda Moser, esiste da oltre 35 anni. Oltre alla produzione che trovate di fronte a voi, l'azienda ha pure un poprio museo, sulla strada principale tra Plaus e Naturno. Il villaggio Plaus ha 5 impianti di ellaborazione di Speck. Here normally between 3 and 4 p.m. It is custom to take a cold meal with bread, bacon, sausage and cheese and to drink a glass of local red wine. You find yourself in front of the production and storage of one of the most famous bacon manufacturing companies in South Tyrol. The company Moser has existed for over 35 years. Besides the location located in front of you, the company has also a museum on the main road between Plaus and Naturns. The village Plaus has 5 plants producing bacon.
