Geocache Description:

There are two picnic sites within the venue, both with tables, one exposed with great views, the other reasonably sheltered within the woodland, and also some seats with interesting views. The venue is child and dog friendly, but the entrances might hinder buggies etc unless they are lifted. The paths are a mixture of hard gravel, cut and uncut grass, woodland, and open grass. Most areas are fairly level, but there is a central hill and plateau.

The geocache is a 1.2L clip-lock container, hidden in Westwood/Grange Fields, with the kind permission of the Coastal Sites Team of Hampshire County Council. There is swag, and a logbook with pencil and sharpener. The cache is hidden very close to the path, but it is usually very quiet here. It should be safe, but count your fingers before leaving. Some great views from the high ground and picnic area nearby.
