Part of a series taking you to some of my favourite places to spend time in Toronto.
The library here was originally built on its own on the west side of the parking lot. When the community centre was being renovated in the early 2000s the decision was made to incorporate the library in the centre. The new building has a number of interesting spaces.
Tucked between the main doors to the library and the main doors to the community centre is a little garden with benches and tables. It is easily missed because the garden hides the seats from the street.
You made need a special tool to remove from the hiding spot, or very nimble fingers.
